Bougainville Youth Federation (BYF) is a non-profit organization established by Department of Community Development through the Bougainville Youth Policy (2011-2017). Entrusted by the Autonomous Bougainville Government with the responsibility of representing 17
District and Urban Youth Associations across Autonomous Region of Bougainville in regional processes.
